Marco Mei

is the first Italian dj resident for PACHA World and joins the PACHA Sharm El Sheikh resident DJ team for three month of the summer session. He spun the decks for some of the most fashionable Italian clubs like Cocorico and Colazione da Tiffany. Get to the beat and enjoy his uplifting stylish spins tunes from his latest re-mix production hitting the UK charts this summer. He has been in the DJ-ing industry for fiftheen years and has played at most of the top clubs in Italy. He started off on the circuit as a free-lancer and soon had slots at the prestigious party Pop Planet with Studio 2.

After many successful session he went on to play the Prive Area at Insomnia in Pisa, the VIP Area in Duple in Aulla (SP) and spun at the famous Alter Ego in Verona. It wasn't long before Alberto and Marcella the renowned promoters spotted him and asked him to work with them for one off-party at Post-Garage in Milano.

In 1995 he began his own public relations company Urban People with a group of friends. Their first main project was the club XL in Alba. After one month the club had made an amazing transformation under the guidance of Urban Paople and they soon had the likes of Roger Sanchez, David Morales, Tedd Patterson, Carl Cox, Sven Vath, Tiefschwarz, Alter Ego, Satoshie Tomiee, Seaed & Palace,... wanting to spin the decks

During the next five years the group where busy organizing and promoting Fashion night in Torino and the party night "Kiss the Future" at the Pier, Marco continued his career into production and has produced a few re-mixed CD's,the latest is soon to be released on the UK charts and is expected to be the dance tracks spinning from the decks this summer. Recently Marco has been a resident at the prestigious clubs Cocorico,Colazione da Tiffany, Punta dell'Est in Milan and Bolgia in Bergamo, Tendenza in Florence, Athrium In Cagliari, La Capannina In Savona and in the last three months played in 15 Nations: LUXEMBOURG, RUSSIA, GERMANY, HOLLAND, UKRAINE, GERMANYAUSTRIA, MAROCCO, MALTA, MIDDLE- EAST, ROMANIA, POLONIA, NEW ZELAND Where he has fine-tuned his artistic spinning ability and developed house,sexy-house,lounge music progressive-house - Funk - Punk - Electro -Deep Tribal & Acid influences are mixed together in a bass driven sound strongly affected by the latest Digital rhythms.

He collaborates with many radio stations such as Radio Station 1, Radio Company and 'Weekend' Dance on national Radio. He also works as a Remixer and Producer often in collaborations with other djs.
